WitbolsFeugen died Oct. 22 last year after being shot in the head. The 18-year-old was last seen with her boyfriend, Justin Bruton. The two argued the night of her death, and Bruton told authorities she asked to be let out of his car near the cemetery. Her body was found the next day, and Bruton killed himself days later.
